SMT machine is a device used to achieve high-speed and high-precision fully automatic placement of electronic components. It is configured after the dispensing machine or screen printing machine, and accurately places surface mounted components on PCB pads by moving the mounting head. It is the most critical and complex equipment in the entire SMT production. With the continuous miniaturization of electronic components, chip integration is becoming increasingly high, and the requirements for surface mount machines are also increasing. Surface mount machines are constantly developing towards automation, intelligence, and high precision. 1. Application of Visual Recognition Technology: Visual recognition software technology adopts non-stop rapid shooting and positioning technology to achieve optical image capture and positioning, as well as flight alignment;

2. Built in AOI detection function: The surface mount machine checks the quality of printed solder paste before installation; Accuracy and error detection of mounted components after installation (optional function);

3. Using flexible up and down pressing, front and back tightening methods to clamp the PCB, ensuring that the PCB does not deform after clamping;

4. Can be used to mount 0402-40mm IC components, with an optimal placement speed of 15000CPH;

5. Multiple components can be mounted: various resistors, capacitors IC、BGA、QFP、CFP、&μBGA。
