The fully automatic cylindrical winding equipment is used for the winding process of lithium batteries such as electronic cigarettes, 18250, 18650, etc. It mainly consists of positive and negative electrode sheet unwinding, upper and lower diaphragm unwinding, floating roller buffer, tension swing rod, electrode sheet feeding and cutting knife, changing station, winding needle, termination adhesive, unloading clamp, cell transfer, short circuit testing, conveyor belt, correction mechanism, and cell defect picking mechanism.

The LC1000 series PLC has high-speed scanning cycles divided into two EtherCAT network ports, A and B, greatly improving equipment production efficiency.

02. High precision in cutting and film insertion

Adopting chase cutting control and synchronous chip insertion algorithm, the chase cutting accuracy is within ± 0.2 and the chip insertion accuracy is within ± 0.5.
